We believe that in order to provide the levels of customer service to our partners we expect of ourselves, our Warehouse Management System (WMS) must be of a sufficient standard to enable us to manage our partners interests as efficiently as possible. We have invested in WMS which we believe gives us the platform to achieve this.
With 24hr access to live stock inventories, along with a system of a paperless audit trail for cargo movements, we are able to provide our partners with the ability to access any information regarding their cargoes under our control as and when they require. Whilst not absolving us of our duty of care and we will always remain on hand to assist our partners, this clearly provides an advantage to our customers in managing their stocks.
With fully automated transaction confirmation and scheduled stock reports, our partners can be assured they will be notified to any changes in their inventory levels immediately, and that they will have their periodic reports as and when they require.
